Christmas Closure Announcement

Dear Therapy Partners Community,

Please note that our offices will be closed from Tuesday 24th December until Friday 27th December. During this time, we encourage you to take gentle care of yourselves and each other.

A Peaceful Christmas Wish

As we step into the festive season, we wish all our present and future clients a peaceful and restorative Christmas. May this time bring you moments of peace and rest. Here are some practical tips to help you navigate the Festive season:

  1. Stay Connected - "We don't have to do it all alone. We were never meant to." — Brené Brown. Remember, reaching out to loved ones can provide comfort and joy during the holidays.
  2. Set Boundaries - "Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others." — Brené Brown. It’s okay to say no or to participate less if it means taking better care of yourself.
  3. Mindful Presence - "Be present in all things and thankful for all things." — Maya Angelou. Try to stay in the moment, whether you're sipping your coffee or, decorating, or simply sitting on your own .
  4. Self-Care Rituals - "An empty lantern provides no light. Self-care is the fuel that allows your light to shine brightly." — Unknown. Make sure to carve out time for yourself to relax and recharge.

Looking forward to reconnecting with you when we resume normal operations on Monday 30th December.

For all Current clients your Therapist will advise you of their particular sessional times and dates over the Christmas new year period.

Warm regards,

The Therapy Partners Team
