I am a registered mental health nurse with over 30 years’ experience working in the NHS in both clinical, managerial and executive roles.

I am a qualified coach and have extensive experience of coaching, mentoring and providing clinical and managerial supervision. I have developed a specific interest in providing coaching to managers and executives working in the public sector, particularly NHS, local authority and education, and have found that delivering high quality coaching, either 1+1 or in a group, can provide significant benefits in what is an increasingly pressurised environment.
During my time working in senior management roles within the NHS I have developed significant facilitation and training skills which included developing bespoke training programmes for senior management teams, delivering workshops and change programmes to support transformation projects and building and developing teams across the mental health spectrum, skills which I have now been able to successfully transfer to my current work.

I am an HCPC-registered consultant clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience. I am trained to use a host of evidence-based therapeutic models, meaning that I am able to individualise my clinical approach. My preferred models are cognitive-behavioural therapy and schema therapy.

I have extensive clinical and professional leadership experience in the NHS and have worked as the Chief Psychological Professions Officer for two large mental health NHS Trusts. I have developed significant supervisory and facilitation skills and studied Strategic System Leadership Development at Yale Business School.

I am trained as a professional coach and have extensive experience of coaching, mentoring and providing clinical supervision across a range of corporate and healthcare settings. In my experience, delivering high quality individual coaching to successful and high functioning individuals can provide significant emotional wellbeing benefits, whilst augmenting leadership performance.

I lived and worked in London for many years and now live by the sea in East Devon. I recently trained as a Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer.
