Over the course of 8 weeks, you will learn about various mindful strategies and different meditations.

Areas you will cover include;

  2. Mind and Body
  3. Mindful Movement
  4. Responding -v- Reaction
  5. Acceptance and Letting Be
  6. Thoughts are not facts
  7. How can I best take care of myself?
  8. Maintaining and extending new learning

At the end of the course you will be confidently meditating for 20 minutes a day, enabling you to slow down, take in what is around you, and lead a calm, contented life.
