Multi-award winning life coach and fitness professional with over 20 years experience both in the UK and Middle East. Entrepreneurial spirit led to involvement in the set up and success of the first Reebok health club in Canary Wharf until the opportunity to move to Qatar arose in 2005. LifeWorks with Karen was born shortly after and grew in to a successful million pound fitness and coaching business, becoming a key part of the Expat and local community. The intrinsic link between the physical and mental wellbeing led to continued professional development in Life Coaching, Mindfulness, NLP and CBT. A return to the UK in 2016 saw the development of a holistic life coaching business which helps people to reach their potential both mentally and physically in order to thrive in this often challenging world. As an accredited ICF ACC life coach, who specialises in improving people's physical and mental strength, Karen supports people to feel good and perform to the best of their ability. The first step to achieving this strength is being able to assess your own wellbeing. Self-discovery is the cornerstone of Karen's approach, and she does this confidently and compassionately, encouraging awareness of your own strengths - the patterns and habits that shape your working lives. She encourages everyone to identify areas of their lives that work well, and areas that they'd like to change, thus creating success and resilience for all.
