Hypnotherapy

Therapy Partners are pleased to offer Hypnotherapy as part of our services. All sessions are conducted by our trained Hypnotherapist.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a form of therapy involving hypnosis which is a natural, relaxed, trance-like state of awareness and one that we go into every day in response to the thoughts that we are having - a type of focused concentration. In this state you can then make the changes you want; positive changes to your thoughts, feelings or behaviour. Hypnotherapy usually involves a short course of a few sessions to address a particular issue.

It can be used to address issues such as;

  • Motivation
  • Self-esteem & self -worth
  • Confidence
  • Weight management/weight loss
  • Mental health and well-being
  • Anxiety
  • Stress management
  • Feeling overwhelmed
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Improving work performance and productivity
  • Work-related challenges e.g. redundancy, career changes, workplace relationships
  • Self-development
  • Relationship issues
  • Learning to relax

Everyone goes in and out of natural hypnotic trances every day, without perhaps knowing it. When a person has been so absorbed in a film or book, so much so that hours seem to fly by. When a person experiences driving somewhere and arriving at their destination without them being aware of exactly how they got there. When a person realises that someone was talking to them, but were miles away and cannot recall their words later. All these are examples of common everyday trance which happen every day to all of us. Hypnosis is the same.

Corporate Hypnotherapy

We are pleased to also offer corporate hypnotherapy. People are an organisation’s most valuable resource, therefore offering on-site hypnotherapy to employees helps with improving mental health and well-being, reducing stress, improves motivation, improves personal performance and productivity, enhances work relationships and improves staff morale and engagement.
